There are two different types of people who can get results from Mewing. The way in which they get there however can be quite different.
If you are in what I called "Group 1" you can get results from just mewing. This is because you have nothing limiting you from improving your tongue posture.
Group 2 could involve several factors which may be preventing you from really making improvements:
1. Forward head posture
2. Narrow Airway
3. Mouth Breathing
4. Recessed Chin/Jawline
Depending on which you identify with, you can decide what option is best to try and make improvements. Can you do it on your own, or should you seek professional help?
Please note, i am not a doctor although Dr. Estrabillo is. This is my opinion and at the end of the day, you should seek medical assistance if you are interested in knowing 100% what to do.
